I acknowledge that I have read this enrolment form, including the Terms & Conditions and Schedules and also agree to fulfill my obligations outlined therein.
I agree/understand that:
- I understand that the course in which I enroll may require me to participate in training
- I agree to comply with The Actors Talent Privacy Policy
- I agree not to film or record any aspect of the classes / courses in which I participate, including the training programs which might be conducted using technology which
permits recording
- I agree to comply with the Intellectual Property clauses as set out in this enrolment form
- I understand that if The Actors Talent determines that I have not complied with its Terms & Conditions as set out on this Enrolment Form,The Actors Talent Rules & Guidelines and The Actors Talent policies & procedures then I may be excluded from classes or expelled from The Actors Talent
- I confirm that information I have provided on this enrolment form is accurate
- I authorise the enrolling student to participate in classes at The Actors Talent and that I will be liable for payment off all Session fees
- I have explained to the student their obligations under the Terms & Conditions
- The student has acknowledged that he / she has understood
- The student has acknowledged that he / she will comply with the Terms & Conditions as well as The Actors Talent rules, guidelines, policies and procedures
Payment
- Course fees are to be paid on or before the due date.
- If you fail to pay your course fees on time, The Actors Talent reserves the right to charge a late payment fee as it has been agreed
- If you fail to pay your course fees on time The Actors Talent will issue two (2) notices advising you that your payment is overdue. If you have not paid within three (3) working days of the second overdue notice The Actors Talent reserves the right to:
- exclude you from a course/class until payment is received
- suspend you from all courses in which you are enrolled
- place restrictions on or refuse future enrolment applications
- take legal action to recover outstanding fees and associated costs.
- Course Fees are non refundable after three sessions.
- All payments (eg Bank Details, Payment sites ), which are made by direct transfer into The bank account must be clearly identified using your Surname and Initials(s) to allow identification of payment. Failure to do this may mean you are recorded in our system as failing to pay by the due date and may result in The Actors Talent course imposing a late fee.
- You are liable for payment for the fees for whole term regardless of your attendance. If you decide to leave The Actors Talent , refunds will only be considered if you demonstrate genuine hardship (for example, if you can show hospitalization or serious illness),
- Deposits made upon enrolment into a course are non transferable to another course. Should you wish to alter your session to a different course you will be required to pay a further and separate deposit.
- A request to transfer a payment for a particular course to a different course will only be considered by The Actors Talent if made two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the Term in which the courses are to be conducted.
- Persons enrolling in The Actors Talent for the first time are not eligible to “Pay by Installment”. Full payment for the whole session is required from persons enrolling for the first time.
- Failure to pay within 30 days of a course commencing will mean that I will be excluded from The Actors Talent and I will not receive a refund of my deposit
- I agree to pay a deposit for each course I select, within five (5) working days of The Actors Talent confirming that my enrolment has been accepted
- The Course duration is 12 sessions and fees had charged for same.
- The Sessions may vary not fixed but 12 sessions in a month.
- The timings of Each session is 2 hours and it will be full depend on faculty to increase the time
- The Course fees only include acting workshop for one month only .Each course have different fees as per services mentioned above.
- If any damaged inside or outside of premises by any student the full amount of maintenance will be collect from the student or if the damaged property or items will not be able to rectify the full amount of new or replacement by the student.
- If Student unable to perform in one month sessions then the student have to pay separate fees for new sessions.
- .No Sexual harassment or misbehaved with any female students or faculty otherwise punishment will be decided by as per judiciary law.We are keeping safe and clean workshop Environment.
- I authorise the enrolling student to participate in classes at The Actors Talent and that I will be liable for payment off Session fees

- The payment of session are non refundable or decide by the managent if any
The session charges or payment didn't including stay or rent of house,food ,conveyance and transportation.it will be all bearing by the student only
- 18% Gst will be applicable and charge additional while making payment of each sessions or courses.
- Artist card cost is additional not including in sessions payment
